Most made-to-order products ship within 2–10 business days after payment and any required final approval. Embroidery, specialty items, larger orders, and product availability can extend this estimate.
Shipping transit time is additional. Delivery dates are estimates. Shipping options and charges appear at checkout or on your invoice.
Check the product details, measurements, color, and selected options before ordering. For apparel, compare any listed garment measurements with an item you already wear. Ask us if you need help choosing.
Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for an incorrect size selection or change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email rropapparel@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
For a different logo, design, name, or business project, request a custom quote before placing your order. Tell us which product you like and attach your artwork or inspiration.
