SHIPPING POLICY

Raging River of Peace Apparel provides made-to-order apparel, personalized products, promotional items, and custom business merchandise. Because many products are created specifically for each order, production time is separate from shipping time.
ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION
Production begins after payment is received and any required design proof, personalization, sizes, colors, and quantities have been approved.
Most made-to-order products are expected to enter shipment within 2–10 business days after payment and final approval. Embroidered products, specialty items, large orders, custom artwork, product shortages, and orders requiring additional approval may take longer.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a written rush-order agreement states otherwise.
CUSTOM-ORDER APPROVALS
Delays in receiving artwork, product selections, personalization information, or design approval will delay production and shipment.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing names, spelling, sizes, colors, quantities, addresses, and design details before approval.
SHIPPING RATES
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout or listed on the applicable invoice. Shipping costs may vary based on the products, package size, destination, carrier, and delivery speed.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or carrier charges are separate from product and shipping prices unless specifically stated otherwise.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery time begins after production is complete and the carrier receives the package.
Most domestic shipments arrive within approximately 2–7 business days after shipment. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery times.
An estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed delivery date.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement after a shipping label is created.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive the package.
DIRECT FULFILLMENT AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Raging River of Peace Apparel may use more than one production or fulfillment location. Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
A separate tracking number may be provided for each shipment. Split shipments do not necessarily indicate that any part of the order is missing.
ADDRESS ACCURACY AND CHANGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Address changes must be requested as soon as possible by emailing rropapparel@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after production or fulfillment has begun.
If a package is returned, delayed, or lost because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional production or reshipping charges.
If the address error was caused by Raging River of Peace Apparel, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to retrieve the package may require an additional shipping payment before being resent.
Custom and made-to-order items returned as undeliverable are not automatically eligible for a refund.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package has not arrived by the carrier’s estimated delivery date, please email rropapparel@gmail.com with your name and order number.
We will review the tracking information and, when appropriate, contact the carrier or fulfillment provider on the customer’s behalf.
Carrier investigations and claims may require additional time. Raging River of Peace Apparel cannot guarantee the outcome or timing of a carrier investigation.
PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it:
• Check the delivery location, mailbox, porch, garage, and other secure areas
• Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted it
• Allow one additional business day because some carriers mark packages delivered before final drop-off
• Contact the carrier using the tracking number
• Email rropapparel@gmail.com if the package is still missing
We will assist when possible, but we are not responsible for theft or loss occurring after a package has been correctly delivered to the address provided.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Shipping damage, manufacturing defects, printing discrepancies, incorrect products, and missing items must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Email rropapparel@gmail.com and include:
• Your name and order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the entire item and specific problem
• Photographs of the shipping package and label when shipping damage occurred
Please do not return anything unless instructed. Approved claims will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available only when offered during checkout or arranged directly with Raging River of Peace Apparel.
Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that the order is ready before attempting pickup. Pickup instructions will be provided separately.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available only for destinations supported during checkout or approved through a direct invoice.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees. Customs processing can cause delays outside our control.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush production or expedited shipping must be requested and approved before ordering. Additional charges may apply.
Paying for expedited shipping shortens carrier transit time only. It does not automatically shorten design, approval, or production time unless rush production is also confirmed in writing.
DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Raging River of Peace Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor interruptions, supply shortages, incorrect customer information, customs processing, government action, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will communicate known issues and assist with resolving delivery problems whenever reasonably possible.
